[PTT DRIVERA SYNTHETIC W] น้ำมันเกียร์อุตสาหกรรมสังเคราะห์พอลิอัลคิลีน ไกลคอล (PAG) ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพการป้องกันการเกิด micropitting ดีเยี่ยม และมีความสามารถในการรับแรงได้อย่างดี รวมทั้งยืดอายุการใช้งานของเครื่องจักร อีกทั้งพัฒนาขึ้นโดยคัดสรรสารเติมแต่งที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง Premium grade fully-synthetic polyalkylene glycol (PAG) based industrial gear oils, which provide excellent micropitting protection, enhanced load carrying capability and prolonged service life. PTT Drivera Synthetic W is carefully formulated with high performance additive package to provide outstanding thermal stability, high wear reduction rates as well as good corrosion protection.

การใช้งาน
• ออกแบบสำหรับเกียร์อุตสาหกรรม ประเภทเฟืองหนอน เฟืองเฉียง เฟืองดอกจอก และเฟือง Planetary ที่ทำงานภายใต้สภาวะการทำงานที่หนักในทุกช่วงอุณหภูมิ
• เหมาะสำหรับระบบเกียร์และแบริ่งที่จ่ายน้ำมันหล่อลื่นทั้งแบบหมุนเวียนและวิดสาด
• แนะนำสำหรับระบบที่ติดตั้งในจุดที่เข้าถึงยากและต้องการอายุการใช้งานที่ยาวนาน
• ยืดอายุการใช้งานของกระปุกเกียร์ (Gear box), คอมเพรสเซอร์ชนิด Rotary Screw และ Reciprocating, อุปกรณ์โซ่, สายพานลำเลียงและเตาเผา
• ไม่แนะนำให้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์นี้กับอิลาสโตเมอร์ที่ทำจาก Polyurethane
• ควรใช้ยางชนิด Nitrile Rubber (NBR) และ Fluoro-Silicone หรือ Vinyl-Methyl Polysiloxane (Q) เมื่อทำงานที่อุณหภูมิสูง
• ไม่เข้ากันกับน้ำมันหล่อลื่นชนิดน้ำมันแร่ (Mineral Oil) หรือชนิด Polyalphaolefin (PAO)

• ดัชนีความหนืดสูงส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปกป้องผิวโลหะที่ดีขึ้นทุกช่วงอุณหภูมิการทำงาน
• ป้องกันการเสื่อมสภาพจากปฏิกิริยาออกซิเดชั่นและความร้อนดีเยี่ยม ช่วยยืดอายุการเปลี่ยนถ่ายน้ำมัน
• โดดเด่นในด้านการป้องกันสนิมและการกัดกร่อน

APPLICATION
• Designed for severely industrial worm, helical and planetary industrial gear types which are working under high load, and wide ranges of temperature
• Suitable for gears and bearings in circulating and splash-lubricated systems
• Recommended for systems which are required long drain interval, or system which is inaccessible
• Fill for life gearboxes, rotary screw and reciprocating compressors, Chain and conveyor, Kiln and oven
• Not recommend for used with Polyurethane based elastomers
• At high temperature, Nitrile Rubber (NBR), Fluoro-Silicone or Vinyl-Methyl Polysiloxane (Q) is recommended
• Incompatible with mineral oil or PAO based product
